Chiliquiles!
Because of the v-day chips I made last week I had an excess of corn tortilla chips left over to experiment with. This is my second try at chiliquiles (after getting some advice from the cook at Bakin’ and Eggs) and they were yum yum yum. I just need to perfect my salsa verde recipe before I post the how-to.
